Teresa Foss is a published makeup artist and beauty content creator as well as the owner of DC Elite Image. With a unique & diverse background in the fashion and beauty industry, Teresa’s resume includes make-up artistry, luxury retail merchandising, wardrobe styling, modeling, and fashion/beauty journalism. She has her BA in Fashion Merchandising from Marymount University and her makeup certification from Graham Webb Academy. Teresa is constantly working on perfecting her craft and has taken master classes with iconic makeup artists such as Mario Dedivanovic, Patrick Ta, Roque Cozzette, Danessa Myricks, Lottie, Ash K Holm, Donni Davy, Scott Barnes and James Molloy. Because of her strong social media presence, Teresa has created content for top beauty & fashion brands including Rent the Runway, Ipsy, Dossier, and Adore Me.

Being multi-racial, Teresa is passionate about inclusive beauty and has a diverse portfolio that displays her creativity and range. Her style of artistry varies anywhere from fresh & modern to ultra-glam, and she always brings her Virgo professionalism to each client booking.
